Our next annual meeting is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, 5 February 2022 at the Chandler Airport terminal building, from 10am to 12pm. We’ll cater breakfast for the meeting at 9:30am from Einstein Brothers.
We’ll be discussing strategic matters not regularly covered in monthly meetings, such as but not limited to:
- Refreshers on and updates to club procedures (you’ll probably want to take notes!),
- Updates on the change to digital dispatch of aircraft and retiring paper tickets,
- The replacement aircraft.
Board Elections
We also have three officers up for election at the annual meeting. Active club members elect officers to the Board, and the Board subsequently allocates themselves to the positions.

- Jason B., currently in the role of Treasurer.
- J.C. J., currently in the role of Operations Officer.
The other board members have another year left in their terms.
